Austin G. Lawrence, 23, Vincennes, three years in DOC plus $75 for aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit Jan. 10, 2022. Three charges of driving while suspended and charges of improper turn signal, operating an uninsured vehicle and domestic battery were dismissed.
Stephen D. Murray, 34, Robinson, $807 plus 12 months conditional discharge for retail theft under $300 Aug. 30.
Daniel J. Snider, 31, Bridgeport, six years in DOC for burglary May 3 and three years in DOC for aggravated battery in a public place May 4. A second charge of burglary, two charges of theft under $500 and a charge of possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine were dismissed.
Logan E. Stanfield, 22, Robinson, three years in DOC for possession of less than 5 grams of meth Sept. 18, 2021. A second charge of meth possession and charges of obstructing justice/destroying evidence, unlawful possession of a credit card, theft under $500, resisting a peace officer and aggravated battery in a public place were dismissed.
