Schulte pleads not guilty to arson

Hiley Schulte, one of three arrested in the connection to the Ryan Waggoner murder case, has pleaded not guilty to an unrelated felony charge of arson. Most of Illinois winter wheat crop is in good shape, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The USDA reported 64 percent of the crop seeded in the fall is in good condition.
