Notice is given of the death of Robert W. Tracy, who died on February 7, 2021. Letters of Office were issued on March 11, 2021, to Robert Brant Tracy, of 10825 Evergreen Blvd., Lawrenceville, Illinois 62439 and James Ryan Tracy, of 1308 Jefferson Street, Lawrenceville, Illinois 62439, as Co-Executors with independent power of administration, whose attorneys are Gosnell, Borden, Enloe, Sloss, McCullough & Waldrop, Ltd., 815 12th Street, Lawrenceville, Illinois 62439.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Lawrence County Courthouse, Lawrenceville, Illinois, or with the representatives, or both, on or before September 27, 2021, or three (3) months after the date of mail and/or delivery of this Notice to each creditor whose name and post office address is known or reasonably ascertainable by the Representative, whichever is later. Any claim not filed before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
