Food Sanitation and Safety Class to be held at FCC

FAIRFIELD — Frontier Community College (FCC) will offer a one-day Food Sanitation and Safety class for anyone in need of state certification for food handling. Positions requiring this certification may include jobs in a school cafeteria, restaurant, hospital or catering service. This certificate will also be useful for anyone wanting to sell food items at any event.
