Posted on October 27, 2020

Standalone

The Lawrence County Historical Society has many artifacts that document the history of our county. Each week the Daily Record will publish an "Artifact of the Week" from the historical society's museum, 619 State Street. This week's artifact is a postcard, showing a panoramic view of downtown Bridgeport from about 1912. It traveled through the U.S. Postal Service at the regular postcard rate of two cents.
