Anthony Martinez, 21, Wadesville, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on charges of unlawful display of vehicle registration and operation a vehicle with no insurance. Martinez was released from the Lawrence County Jail on $200 bond.

Christopher Russell, 24, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a warrant out of Knox County, Indiana. Russell is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Narly Sanchez, 21, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a warrant out of Knox County, Indiana. Sanchez is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Anthony Boas, 23, Vincennes, Indiana, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear for court compliance. Boast is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Cameron Jones, 38, Bridgeport, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections. Jones was also charged with aggravated assault of a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. Jones is being held in the Lawrence County Jail without bond, awaiting transfer to IDOC.
Benny Leib, 62, Bridgeport, was arrested by the Bridgeport Police Department on charges of unlawful display of a license plate, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a firearm without a firearm owner identification card and unlawful possession of ammunition with FOID. Leib is being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending bond.

Joshua Shoulders, 32, Vincennes, Indiana, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of domestic battery. Shoulders was released from the Lawrence County Jail on $7,500 bond.
WRECKS
The Lawrenceville Police Department responded to a two vehicle accident on July 29 at the interection of 15th Street and Walnut Street after a 2011 Subaru, being driven by Barbara Wilson, Lawrenceville, pulled into the intersection to turn left and collided with a 2017 Chrysler being driven by Debra Potts, rural Lawrenceville. There were no injuries and both vehicles were driven from the scene. No citations were issued.
