Salukis host winless Marshall for Homecoming
Taking advantage of opportunities is important to the success of any team and Red Hill High School’s football team has a golden opportunity this weekend. The Salukis, who are having an outstanding season to this point, have a chance to continue to build on that success when they play host to a winless Marshall team for the annual Homecoming contest. A win this week would make the Salukis playoff-eligible for the first time since 2018 and leave them one win from clinching a playoff spot with three games to play.
Indians hope to snap skid against Robinson
Although there are four games left, the season is on the line for Lawrenceville High School’s football team Friday night. The Indians have their backs against the wall in regard to their postseason hopes, as one more loss will eliminate them from playoff contention.
Salukis roll past Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville, 59-14
OBLONG –– Things started a little shaky Saturday afternoon, but Red Hill High School’s football team quickly righted the ship and the Salukis were able to roll to a big victory over Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville. The Salukis put themselves in a couple of tough spots early, but 46 unanswered points spanning from the middle of the first quarter to the middle of the third led to a 59-14 victory.
