2020 Lawrence County Tentative Multiplier announced

SPRINGFIELD — Lawrence County has been issued a tentative property assessment equalization factor of 1.0000, according to David Harris, Director of the Illinois Department of Revenue.

ERBA announces Illinois Rental Payment Program

The Embarras River Basin Agency Housing Counseling Department is a sponsor of Illinois Rental Payment program, a joint application with landlords and tenants. Applications are not being accepted until Mid-May but IHDA is asking those needing assistance to gather their documents now.
