Illlinois Eastern Community College students continue to be satisfied with services provided by the colleges, according to the latest student satisfaction survey.
Results of the survey were shared with IECC trustees during their board meeting Tuesday at Lincoln Trail College.
Even in a year marred by a pandemic, 97 percent of students said they were satisfied with advisement services and 94 percent were satisfied with financial aid services.
A total of 96 percent were satisfied with IECC’s online Entrata service and 95 percent were satisfied with online help desk services.
Ninety-one percent were satisfied with the quality of instruction, while 98 percent were satisfied with classroom size and 95 percent were satisfied that courses were available at the times they wanted or needed them.
Survey questions inquired about the student’s level of satisfaction in specific areas including Student Services, Instruction, Learning Resource Centers and Technology. Additionally, the survey asked how likely students would recommend the college to others.
