Cody R. Heleine, 34, West Union, four years in Illinois Department of Corrections plus $1,110 and 24 months probation for possession of an amount of a controlled substance Oct. 26, 2021. Two counts of driving while revoked or suspended and charges of aggravated domestic battery and unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger were dismissed.
Nicholas R. McQueen, 63, Oblong, $500 plus 24 months conditional discharge for domestic battery July 19. Charges of aggravated battery on person older than 60 and resisting a peace officer were dismissed.
John D. Montgomery III, 36, Flat Rock, $1,311 plus 24 months probation for possession of methamphetamine Oct. 30. A charge of theft between $500 and $10,000 was dismissed.
