Jess Eaton, 54, Robinson, $300 plus 12 months conditional discharge for battery causing bodily harm Oct. 23.
Elijah J. Bowen, 21, Martinsville, $426 for 26-34 over limit on county ticket Dec. 29.
Michelle N. Griffith, 17, Yale, $326 plus 12 months court supervision 11-14 mph over limit on Oblong ticket Dec. 31. A charge of operating an uninsured vehicle was dismissed.
Alysa L. Kennedy, 16, Palestine, $326 plus 12 months court supervision for 21-25 mph over limit on county ticket Dec. 27.
Timothy L. Laughlin, 51, Noble, $164 for failure to wear a seat belt on Robinson ticket Dec. 21.
Jaime A. Moore, 43, Palestine, $530 plus 12 months conditional discharge for driving while suspended on Robinson ticket Dec. 11.
Parker R. Racey, 16, Oaktown, Indiana, $200 for curfew violation on county ticket Dec. 30.
Trenton M. Sexton, 17, Robinson, $326 plus 12 months court supervision for 21-25 mph over limit on county ticket Dec. 14.
Ricky J. Stephens, 65, Robinson, $2,896 plus 24 months probation for driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound on county ticket May 4. A charge of unlawful use of cannabis by a driver was dismissed.
Charges of driving while suspended and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver were dismissed against Jennifer M. Bunch, 24, Evansville, Indiana.
A charge of driving while suspended was dismissed against Cole P. Inboden, 23, Lawrenceville, as part of a plea agreement. Inboden was sentenced to three years in Illinois Department of Corrections on a 2017 possession of methamphetamine charge.
A charge of assault was dismissed against Alan K. Sexton, 64, Robinson.
Charges of unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger and operating an uninsured vehicle were dismissed against Patrick J. Svitek, 50, Hutsonville, as part of a plea agreement. Svitek was sentenced to three years in DOC on a 2019 possession of meth charge.
