Monica N, Heleine, 36, Hutsonville, three and a half years in Illinois Department of Corrections for possession of less than 5 grams of meth May 9. A charge of manufacturing or distributing a look-alike substance was dismissed.
Daniel E. Martin, 32, Beecher City, $2,409 plus 24 months probation for residential burglary March 3, 2020. A charge of home invasion with a firearm was dismissed.
Garret D. Woods, 23, Toledo, five years in DOC plus $9,000 restitution for burglary June 3. Charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property, receiving or possessing stolen goods and driving while suspended were dismissed.
