Obituaries

Carmen Jennifer Jones, 45, Robinson, died unexpectedly on April 27, 2021, at her home in Florida.

She was born Feb. 9, 1976, in Aurora, Colo., the daughter of Charles Brimberry II and Robin (Crouch) Venatta. She grew up all over but considered Palestine, to be her home. It was here that she graduated from high school as a member of the PHS Class of 1994. She furthered her education at Lincoln Trail College and Indiana Business College, where she earned a degree in accounting.
Left behind three children, Britney Montgomery, Coltin Woods, and Garret Woods; grandchildren; siblings, Chastity and Toby Inboden, Charles Brimberry III and Erica Kraemer, Sunday Dawn and John Stambaugh; several nieces, nephews and extended family members; as well as her boyfriend, Monty Joe Dart.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Charles Brimberry II; her mother and step-father, Robin and David Venatta; and a nephew.
Private family services will be held at a later date. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of local arrangements. Memorials may be made to her memorial fund, with checks made payable to “Goodwine Funeral Homes.”
