LTC softball has busy start fall season

The start to the fall season has been a busy one for Lincoln Trail College’s softball team, as they played eight games in a span of nine days and came away with a 4-4 record. In the IECC Classic at Olney Sept. 11, the Lady Statesmen lost to Olney Central (13-2) and Wabash Valley (5-3).

A much-needed win was earned by Lincoln Trail College’s men’s soccer team Sunday, as the Statesmen snapped a five-match losing skid with a 2-1 win over Lincoln College JV on the pitch at Statesmen Park.
