RHS golf team has mix of experience, youth

For the first time in several years, Robinson High School has enough players for two teams this season. Robinson returns several talented and experienced players, while they also have a large group of newcomers for new coach Chris Jobe this season.

There’s a saying that “your most important game is your next one” and that is the philosophy Robinson High School’s football team is taking as the season progresses. The Maroons seem to have righted the ship with a pair of lopsided victories following two losses to start the season and they want to keep that momentum going when they take the field Friday night.

Maroons roll to Homecoming win over Casey-Westfield, 44-8

Another dominating performance led Robinson High School’s football team to a second straight lopsided win Friday night. The Maroons took control virtually from the start and rolled to a Homecoming victory with a 44-8 win over Casey-Westfield in a Little Illini Conference contest.
