Robinson 12s open District play with pair of wins

Postseason play started off on the right foot for Robinson Community Little League’s 12-under all-star team Wednesday, as they opened District 1 play in Mt. Carmel with a win over the host team.

For the first time in several years, Robinson High School has enough players for two teams this season. Robinson returns several talented and experienced players, while they also have a large group of newcomers for new coach Chris Jobe this season.
